Keith Howard, REALTOR

An experienced rehabber with wide-ranging knowledge of old house systems & maintenance, Keith is a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers. After 18 years as a broadcast engineer at KTVI, he became a full-time realtor in 2016, earned his designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and is now dedicated to helping senior citizens in the downsizing and home sale process.

When he isn’t showing or selling houses, you’ll find him working in his vegetable garden, scouring estate sales or volunteering with Meals on Wheels. He was raised in the tiny village of Bel-Ridge and still has a soft spot for 1950s brick ranches, especially those with a rathskeller and indoor shuffleboard court. He and Shannon share their home with two sweet pitbull mutts, a kitten who steals socks, and a 1965 Rambler station wagon.
