Nick McGeehon is an experienced St. Louis real estate professional who has been helping buyers and sellers throughout the region since 2019. His experience spans communities throughout St. Louis City and County and the surrounding area, giving him a broad understanding of the local market and the different needs that come with each real estate transaction.

In addition to traditional residential real estate, Nick has experience helping seniors and their families navigate major housing transitions, including selling a longtime home, downsizing and moving into the next stage of life. That experience has reinforced his straightforward, patient approach and his belief that good real estate representation starts with understanding what the client is actually trying to accomplish.
