Below is the most recent National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Profile of Home Staging which reveals the results of their survey of REALTORS® to determine what, if any, were the benefits of staging a home for a seller. As you can see in the report, the survey shows the benefits are significant with a large percentage of buyers' agents responding that their buyers pay more for a home that is staged than one that is not.
