REALTORS® Affordability Distribution Curve & Score By Metro Area

The graphic below shows which metropolitan areas of the 100 largest in the U.S. are the most affordable in terms of housing and which are the least affordable. Below that is a graphic that illustrates for the St Louis MSA what percentage of the homes that are currently listed for sale are affordable to people at different income levels, and then shows the same data for the State of Missouri as well. Beneath "Select Metro Area" you can select any one of the 100 metros covered and then beneath "Select a month" you can select a prior period in time to see how things have changed in that area.
