If you qualify for this program you pay nothing for the listing side of the commission, and are just responsible for the Buyer's Agent side commission, normally 2.5% to 2.7% of the sale price. This will save you nearly $10,000 on a $300,000 home compared with a typical listing commission of 6%!

    • Implement "Coming Soon" & "Open House" marketing plans to maximize exposure
    • Market your home to MORE Realtors buyer database currently in excess of 36,000 registered buyers
    • Circle prospect 500+ households surrounding your property for buyers
    • Door knock on 50+ households in your immediate area to raise awareness
    • Implement our defined Social Media marketing plan
    • Implement our eMarketing plan to stay top of mind with top Realtors in your area

In addition, I will offer the following incentives to you on your next home as well as to potential buyers of your home:

  • Buyers Guarantee - If the buyer of your house or you decide to sell for any reason within 2 years of purchase, I'll sell the property for no listing side commission.
