If the Current Price Trend column (the one with the red background in the heading) has a LARGE arrow, then that indicates the market in that area is definitily trending downward or upward, depending on which direction the arrow is pointing. If there is a small arrow, it indicates there has been some recent fluctuations in home prices in this area between sold prices and current list prices, and while there is not a strong trend the direction the arrow is poiting, there is a trend starting and headed that way.
