There are some conditions, of course. There is no way we can offer a commission rate as low as 3.95% and truly deliver the level of service we promise for every listing, in every price range in every area. It's not "getting" the listing that is important to us, it is getting the home sold and closed at terms, and in a manner, that leaves our client feeling satisfied and content at the end that is important to us. Therefore, when we offer these low commission rates we want to be sure we have a house or condo that is going to be desirable to have listed, in an area and price range where there is sufficient demand and under terms and conditions that work for everyone involved. Don't worry, we can deal with most any situation, it's just commission rates will vary depending upon the situation.
